Brothers in Arms: HH New Trailer and Screenshots

Ubisoft and Gearbox have teamed up and released a 90 second non game play trailer and 5 new screenshots to showcase there up and coming title Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway that is coming to the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in Auguest. Alright, time for the eye candy. Ubisoft and Gearbox send us a 90-second trailer showcasing Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, due for release in August on the 360, PS3 and PC. This simulation involves Operation: Market Garden, the largest paratrooper operation in World War II, which set the stage for the Allies to cross the Rhine and advance into Germany.

From the trailer we can see this game intends to impress upon us the bonds formed by soldiers, as well as the real confusion and blood-pumping terror that attends to live combat. There's a quality of suffering in the fighting scenes that is painstakingly detailed, down to a stray round dislocating someone's fingers. It sounds engrossing, and I love period pieces and historically accurate simulations. But could I feel good about myself telling someone I had a hell of a time playing this game? Dunno.

Im not one to be interested in a game for non game play related shots or videos so this brings nothing to me though from previous releases I don't have much interest in following this game much.

That grenade toss at around 00:58 in the video was *bleep*ing epic.

This game looks good, but I've gotten tired of WWII games. I'll probably try this game with a rental first.

I wouldn't call it eye candy, to be honest. It has some good effects here and there, but nothing revolutionary to me.

It seems to me like just another WWII shooter. Maybe it'll prove otherwise.

Eh, Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood sucked so much ass, I don't know if I even want to give this one a try. So far it looks ok, but this is not game play footage, so it could just be sucking me in for another disappointment. We will have to wait for the game play.

I will admit though, the grenade toss at 00:58 was pretty epic.
