Nintendo owned a love hotel in the 60s. In Japan, it's very common for a date to book a room at this kind of place for either a quick couple hours, or the night, so they can share some "private time."

The meaning of the name Nintendo and the game Computer Othello were the only things I didn't know beforehand. And I'm not even a fanboy.

And I could've swore Super Mario Bros. 3 was the top game, not Mario Bros./Duck Hunt.

The only thing I care less about than this is Everybody Loves Raymond.

The dog and the cat make the video better.
I guess they are there for humor. xD

    LOL! Interesting.
    Funny video as well.
I remember having that same copy of Mario and Duck Hunt combined in one, as the one that he was holding in that video.

A little disturbing, but I knew most of them.

Except the last one, of course.

I did not know that Mario was originally a carpenter...

      You didn't know that?!? D:

Oh wow, disturbing. You may know something, but until you hear it, you don't really think anything of it. The last one..... odd.

The only ones I didn't know were the more boring ones about the seal, Mario's number of game and the amount of games that Mario Brothers sold. I knew all the interesting ones.

    Some interesting ones...
But the "Famicom" fact was way too obvious, as were a few other ones.

Seriously? I had never even heard of any of those facts, to be honest.

Some of them seemed like filler, such as - as Mario_1 mentioned - Famicom. But the Love Hotel... man.

Only because you've been to the Love Hotel in first person.

Why would Nintendo have one of there love hotels in a first person game. First person isn't really their thing and they wouldn't want parents who freak with ease to know what they used to get up to at night. I mean Rockstar antics are bad enough to give to the industry's haters without Nintendo advertising that fact, think of how far out of context game haters could take it.

Mario has appeared in over two hundred video games? Wow.

      Storm | March 27, 2008
I'd assume that they included character creation games as well as just his outfit being in games.

Simple cameo appearances, too. I'd laugh if they gave Link from the Legend of Zelda a Mario suit for completing the game with 100%.

Wow I didn't know any of that. Plus the cat and dog were my favorite.
Two hundred games is impressive, no matter what.
