Have you ever seen a Professional Starcraft Tournament?

It's no secret that the South Koreans love their Starcraft. But have you ever seen a professional Starcraft tournament? Well you're about to ... and they're damn serious! If you manage to watch the entire "Game 3" video, the players start getting pretty emotional towards the end. It's like watching a professional sport!

First let me say that, so far this has been one of the most exciting and def most surprising Professional Starcraft finals I've watched.

The OSL Finals pits top Protoss player BesT up against one of the best Zerg players in the world July Zerg, and guess what month it is...

If July wins he will be only the 2nd progamer to win 3 OSL titles. An honor that earns the player the coveted $8000 Golden mouse.

My friend plays starcraft all the time. (never really got into it much myself) But he says he hates playing on battlenet because the only people still around on the game are Koreans who whoop his ass everytime. I thought he was just joking. I guess not...

AznLiquid has been uploading alot of Starcraft "Best Of" tournament videos, and you can REALLY see how big these events are (the venues are larger than American Idol venues!!)

Seen quite a few of these videos, and I've been to one in real life. They're a lot of fun. I myself am nowhere near being able to hold my ground on BNet, though.
