Nintendo entering viral video market? "Why every guy should buy their girlfriend Wii Fit"

Nintendo's marketing campaign for Wii Fit has been the biggest in the firm's history, with TV and print ads, as well as giant billboards and images of public transport nationwide. Could the next stage of the onslaught be moving online? There's suspicion of just that, with a video appearing on YouTube of a guy filming his girlfriend playing the game in her underwear.

At the time of writing, the following video is rocketing its way towards a million views on YouTube - "Why every guy should buy their girlfriend Wii Fit" shows a man secretly filming his girlfriend playing Wii Fit's Hula Hoop game in her underwear.

There are doubts as to whether the video is the real deal, however, or a viral stunt by Nintendo.

Eh? Unless I've misread the article, people are mistaking this for a Nintendo commercial?

It just looks like a video of some guy filming his girlfriend's ass to me :/

Interesting video, yes. But by its style, I don't see how people can mistake this as an official Nintendo ad. Seems like just another random Youtube video to me.
