Microsoft, Here’s The Top 17 Ways To Screw Up Your Next Windows OS

gamersbd | July 06, 2008 | Top List | PC Company
If there 's one thing that Microsoft has proved itself, it is that they are clearly inept in properly designing their operating systems. Windows 7 is to release at 2010 and find out the ways how Microsoft can mess it up all again, just like they did with Vista.
  1. 8. Ship a buggy OS and then a Service Pack that actually fixes it: Wow, did you know that the Vista SP1 doesn’t do, wait for it, anything? Next time, make Windows 7 really buggy from the ground up, with frequent crashes and horrendously slow performance. Just when the riots get out of hand, and personal lives are at stake, deliver a 2 GB service pack that actually delivers! Windows customers will heave a sigh of relief, believing that Microsoft actually made something that works.

Not that many people, I hear, like Vista.

I use XP myself, I'm not interested in 'upgrading', as they call it >_>

My next PC will probably be Vista Home Premium though....Though I suppose if I wait long enough, I'll be given the 'privilege' of getting MS OS 7 or whatever they're going to call it -_-

There's nothing inherently wrong with Vista, they just didn't give it good enough driver support before release and they shaft the "cheap" owners that don't have Enterprise or Ultimate.

Vista was a horrible system, it pales in comparison to XP.

If Windows 7 is supposed to be the successor to XP, then I expect it not to have the same flaws as Vista had.

I will never be buying Vista.
If your OS causes the requirements for a game to go UP, then you *bleep*ed up.

I will be getting Windows 7 because my current comp is extremely *bleep*ed up. It is extremely slow and can't handle anything. Now at least I know I should not get Vista... xD

If you comp is slow and can't handle anything then Vista will only make it worse. Given MS's trend, Windows 7 won't be any better. Even Mac is cracking wise at them, and ON TV! MS is letting themselves gets pushed around by the Fisher Price of the tech industry. :/

Is it just me or is MS dropping with their OS? I mean in quality. MS 2000 and XP were the dominates on Operating systems, before Linux I think. But now their new ones haven't been great. I hoping Windows 7 is to be honest.
