Dracula: Origin - Eight New Screenshots

Ascaron is a long-time maker of adventure games and their critical reviews seem to be improving as they make more. Their upcoming Dracula: Origin is due out in May and uses 2d environments with 3d characters and a simplistic point-and-click control scheme. Two additional screens at source (GameGrep upload limit).

Ascaron Entertainment and Focus Home Interactive have released 8 new screens for Dracula: Origin, Frogware Studio’s terrifying adventure game for PC due out in May 2008.

    Hmm, interesting...Seeing as the Collective is making "Harker" which is a total alternate story to Jonathan Harker, my money would be on this one though, I like the adventure concept over action concepts sometimes.

    Agreed, sometimes I just need some 'relaxing' adventure game as opposed to being on red alert in Call of Duty IV.

    Looks different thats for sure. And hopefully they actually do something different with the Dracula story instead of following the usual cliches. Vampire cliches are so boring and dated.
