This week Kranx Production presented Musaic Box - a game combining priciples of point-and-click and mosaic gameplay. A player's task is to piece together world-renowned melodies by genious composers. But before you need to scour the old musician's house for the pieces of sheet music.

It looks like you’re solving a mosaic, and sounds like you’re collecting a melody out of pieces.But believe me – it feels like you’re composing your own music! I just beat the game, and I have to say, this is a misleading title. You are not composing music at all. This is simply a puzzle game with musical elements.

I said "the game combines priciples of point-and-click and mosaic gameplay in the main game mode." But did you check Creations mode?

  Yup, Creations mode lets you rearrange the notes of songs in the game. But you can't add anything new and you can't create brand new songs.
