First revealed in last week's issue of Weekly Famitsu, Famitsu has the first screenshots of Acquire's upcoming Nintendo DS RPG, DanDam: Dungeons & Dam.

In DanDam, the player is in charge of defending a town from monsters that attack during the night. The town is built around a dam, so the dam's layout and the flow of water is crucial to your survival alongside the growth and make of your party. In the day portion of each day, it will be time spent strategizing and planning the night's defense, while getting your party ready for battle.

DanDam is expected to release in Spring 2009. Check out the rest of the screenshots over at the source.
