Hmmm, doesn't that sound very similar to what I posted in the review...
"Now normally this wouldn't be a problem, because the medic also does combat in a normal round."
I also didn't speak badly about the new weapons, heck I didn't even mention them. This whole review is only about the achievements and the behaviour it produces. The new weapons are in fact a very nice addition and add variety to the class (TBH, which could be boring at times). The old weapons are still viable as well versus the new weapons. I'm just stating that valve screwed up in terms of achievements, which promote un-medic like behaviour...
A player is simply unable to complete a lot of the achievements by playing a normal round, with the old achievements this was possible. Also linking them to equipment is a bad "popular" idea which has failed in other games and the same happened here.
Read and understand before you go out and post nonsense
I agree with martinborgman. Medics are more than just sitting back and healing. It's working around the many players that need to be healed, assisting them, charging uber, manuevering, etc.. Truth be told, anyone with a minimal experience in the game knows to attack the medics first, that makes the medic's job twice as hard.
