I'm not sure whether that thing on the right is a boy or a girl... I'm guessing, as someone commented, since Fable is about consequences, you'll probably get genital herpes or AIDs/HIV from the one on the right or, the one on the left. I don't think there will be 'punishment' from this. Rather, it is just a scale of $$$$. The better looking (higher class) the prostitute, the more it costs.

I'm sure there is to be a reason for having prostitutes, aside from it being a version. Perhaps sleeping with one enough opens up the possibility of marriage, or side quests, or something.

Perhaps if you're well known to frequent the high-class one, you get a reputation of being high class and rich.

Then again, you never know, you possibly COULD get sick from the one on the right >_>
