Many men were disappointed that Booth Babes were no longer "permitted" at E3 ... but you can't get rid of them that easily. Yes, there were plenty of Booth Babes at E3 this year, and both GamesRadar and Kotaku managed to get photos of them. Enjoy.

Call us crude, but 95% of us here on the GR staff are vital, virile people who really appreciate a beautiful woman when we see one. And if she's paid to smile at us and tolerate us snapping away with our cameras like pirahna devouring a floundering calf, all the better.

Luckily, the folks who put together E3 08 know this as well as anyone, and have already begun surrounding us with photo-worthy subjects. We'll throw a few pics inline below.

  MS had some random people to do line management and do minor things like hand out items but that would be about it. If I can recall right the woman in the dress is actually a regular employee, so I'm sure they just gave her ego quite a boost by listing her as a booth babe.
  
  Nyko from what I know was the only one actually employing any "actresses" to do character spots (yeah apparently it's not a modeling gig of sorts)
  
  Seems like GR was just a bit desperate hoping to get something in there. I'd have rather they took pictures of The Who playing for the Harmonix event or other after hours party shots.

E4All had plenty though. Most of the male employees looked pretty normal, but for some reason, if it's a woman, people suddenly turn into slobbering, blubbering morons. This article confounds me; they may as well have taken photos of random girls on the street.

  Why don't any sites report the male "booth babes"? Or, more to the point, why don't more expos have male booth babes in the first place? Then we'd have an even playing field. XD

    Let me tell you, the SOE kiosk had a cute blond & blue-eyed piece of meat, whom I asked for directions. I felt kind of bad that the SOE booth was so empty though, and he (along with the other reps) were just playing the games on their own. D:

Tell you the truth I kinda liked E3 without Booth Babes, not only is the concept itself stupid it's more than a little sexist.

Men can be just as objectified as women. Personally I think everyone is just a bit too "politically correct" these days. Slap some booth babes, and some booth studs in there and let the people have their eye candy, who gives a shit.
