Chun Li's a noble woman, one dedicated to settling the score with the vicious M. Bison. She also knows how to take care of herself when it comes to self-defense and keeping a solid appearance. On top of that, you still get a great guilty pleasure out of the deal. While your mom's distracting her with conversation, you can glance at her lovely legs. Just don't let her catch you looking. You might be on the receiving end of a "tornado kick."
Take her to mom: Zelda (The Legend of Zelda series)
Mothers always know what's best, and there's nothing like earning the hand of royalty to get their respect. Zelda is a princess of the highest authority, with elegant grace and outstanding care for her land and the people within it. Just make sure that your mom doesn't learn about her Sheik identity. She'll wonder why a princess would need to dress up as a boy.

Ivy is the type of girl that would probably kill your mom at a moment's notice just for looking at her the wrong way. Her chain-whip weapon would probably tear her in two before she even suggests wearing a coat over her super-skimpy outfit. If that doesn't break the relationship, Ivy's attitude certainly will. She has "bad girl" written all over her. On the bright side, at least your mom won't beg you for grandkids.
Take her to mom: Rikku (Final Fantasy series)
This Final Fantasy babe has one thing that's sure to win moms over – a warm sense of humor. Throughout Final Fantasy X (and its quasi follow-up X2), Rikku cracks wise with plenty of jokes, even in the most tense situations. This should please your mom, as she'll think that this girl ends fights on just the right note.

Well, in some cases, I don't think the 'bad', is quite so bad....Well, 'emotionless assassin' is taking it too far, but women like Rayne or Ivy might be survivable

Why is Peach on there? She's the most Family Friendly Babe on that list. Family Friendly and "Shouldn't Bring Home to Mom" don't go togheter in a sentence.
She's a sweeter, more romantic girl than Aerith and has a very shy personality (around guys, at least). If it weren't for her (lack of) clothes, mums would LOVE guys to bring home a sweet girl like that.
Everyone seems to forget that Tifa is the "nice one" because Aerith sells flowers and wears pink. >_> They forget that Aerith is the bossier/pushier of the two and has a habit of draping herself over whichever new guy she has just met. Parents wouldn't be too keen on that. XD

I mean Yeah Tifa can defend her self, but honestly I find Aeris more family friendly and nicer than Tifa.
I would take home Tifa over Aeris though. Tifa > other FF chicks.
