Only one Wii Game is on that list.

Might be because that's one the few Wii games that any one actually had any hope for.

Nintendo creates very little hype for their games; theoretically the backlash of disappointment is less severe and perhaps allows many failures to avoid this list.

Not to mention, that Wii game is actually pretty good.

It helps if you have games that are overhyped enough to be a disapointment, the Wii lacks on both as it has like 4 games worth hyping and one was on that list...

Folklore was pretty good, IMHO. Don't understand the disappointment in that. Good riddance on Haze though. Bet Free Radical's feelin' the shame now.

Lol at the fact that PS3 now has 2 games touted as some of the worst games for next gen, Lair and Haze.

Wow, this list was made of FAIL.

That list is complete bullshit. How could they even put DMC4 and Assassin's Creed on that list?

DMC4 deserved to be on that list. Half of the game was literally backtracking through levels that were boring the first time through.

Assassin's Creed, was overrated, but not that much. I'm kind of surprised Lost Oddysey made the list though. Personally, I really think these lists shouldn't be made until the end of generations.

Both of those games deserved to be on the list. Devil May Cry 4 brought nothing new to the series, and literally half the game is covering the same areas twice.

Assassin's Creed was right there ready to claim the crown, but they dropped the ball on enough things to soil the overall experience. The story is one of the most in depth creations in gaming, the acting is great, the free running is near flawless. But, the investigations are unjustifiably monotonous, the combat is begging for an overhaul, the glitches need work, and the overall repetitive nature of the gameplay itself just overshadowed what otherwise would have been a success of a hugely ambitious title.

Well DMC4 didn't have a story, the gameplay consisted of chewing through demons the same way you've done it the 10 areas you did before, half the arsenal/moves were from DMC3, puzzles were less than simple brain scratches...

And Assassin's Creed just lacked stuff to do while you were free roaming...and no, looking for Flags without a reward system does not help at all.

I am quite surprised some of those titles made it on there, particuarly Folklore and Assasins Creed. Though I can see there point of view I don't really agree with it

Isn't it funny ... A game like Lost Odyssey is said to "feel like an antique" because of it's outdated turn-based battle system.
Yet a game like Final Fantasy XII is given nothing but praise from game sites, despite having a battle-system equally as outdated.

I guess a Japanese RPG just can't win if it doesn't have "Final Fantasy" written on the box.

Well its something new, that hasn't established itself yet, FF has for as long as its been around.

Totally disagree with DMC4. WTF is Folklore on there? It was a great game, Different yes but still great.

Assassin's Creed at #1 was harsh. The game was revolutionary in so many ways. Sure, it had it's flaws, but in no way was it a disappointment.

Haha, wait till Kru sees the Folklore bashin'.

It seems like they're looking at games that created a lot of hype but they didn't think quite lived up to it. This suggests that they're probably far from disappointments to the gamer who never subscribed to the hype in the first place.

The list is indeed, then, made of 'fael' and 'suk'.

What! folklore up there?! I just beat that game and it was pretty good. No way was it a dissapointment and the story was amazing. Im more surprised because I always thought folklore wasn't to hyped up.

I would have liked to have AC with Subtitles....I kinda need them, and it is inexcusable for a big budget title to NOT have it....

Was Lost Odyssey really that bad? I hear it was pretty good...
