If you happen to be near the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey on May 3rd or 4th, you may want to stop by and see the gaming stations that will be set up. The PS3 will have an exciting thing called the PlayStation Patrol Truck, where you can talk to new people in the game lounge and play some games like Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, SingStar, and MLB 08: The Show.
And also check out some of the PSP's stations that will feature games like Secret Agent Clank and God of War: Chains of Olympus.
There will also be a few stations that will show a few tricks for the PSP and PS3.
So if you're around, listen to some great artist that will be there and play a few games.
Gamers who happen to find themselves at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey will not only get a treat from their favorite music artists, but will also be able sample some of the video game morsels Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) will be giving out during The Bamboozle Festival 2008 this May 3 and May 4.
Headlining the showcase will be the PlayStation Patrol Truck which will feature the newly designed "Player Lounge" for attendees to try out the latest PlayStation-released games and socialize with other gamers. The lounge area can cater up to 16 people, who can try out games on the PlayStation 3 like Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, SingStar, and MLB 08: The Show.
In addition, several PlayStation Portable Zones will also be provided to allow gamers to enjoy titles like Secret Agent Clank and God of War: Chains of Olympus. This display will also feature some of the multifunctional capabilities of the PSP, such as storing music, videos and other media, as well as listening to Internet Radio and accessing the PS3 through Remote Play.
To top everything off, the SCEA will give gamers the chance to rock out with their favorite artists in the Red Bull Artist Lounge as two gaming stations of Rock Band will be provided for everyone to play some hardcore tunes with music artist who are not on the stage. Who knows? We may even see an impromptu "Battle of the Bands" event happen then and there, considering the number of popular bands attending the event.
