It's 10 000 people currently who participated via MMORPG.com, the 300 keys are for that site only, other sites may also offer keys but I do not know of any of them. Except for fileplanet but you need to pay for a subscription there which is not worth it.

The giveaway will be drawn in a few hours. Still some time to register for it. 17960 people will be trying to win 300 keys. I say the odds are pretty good!
