  No boost = It ain't Burnout.
  Seriously, boost is one of those things that keep the high speed burnout experience going. I, for one, wouldn't be able to drive a vehicle that doesn't have boost in Burnout and have fun at the same time.

  _{Sadly i have to agree with Star here. I mean the Boost is the reason for you wining most races when used correctly. Which i have done most of the time. I think it makes no sense to not give it a boost.}
