  I do not see why the judge is hesitating over the decision as in all stright forward honesty everyone knows he should be barred.

    Yes, they're really idiotic for sanctioning Jack Thompson and for allowing him to be put on trial for his license. They're totally siding with Thompson, even after Alabama removed his pro hac vice!
