List has nothing on what GT5 will have. Is the game going to control like DiRT did?

To be honest GRID is more about racing and while it has good graphics, it will also have the physics and the sound to match, this is done by limiting the game to about 50 cars, while GT5 has like 1000 cars they will never sound true to life or handle incredibly, they will get close but they are only using simulation data, Codemasters with only 50 cars can get up close with all of them and actually drive them, its why Forza 2 is so good.

Forza felt like I was driving school buses all the time. GT's cars handle very tightly. And yes, I've played both of them.

Well, I'd rather have a large amount of cars than have them handle exactly like real cars. More variety.

Now that's bull. GT's cars controlled horribly compared to Forza's. I would know, I couldn't get anywhere on GT3 or 4, and actually made it past a few turns on Forza.

Actually, it's more like a sequel to the Toca series, so it will be quite different DiRT.

They changed the name from Toca to Grid because, apparently, not enough people enjoyed the serious racing in toca so they're making a fresh start with drift cars and stuff to appeal to a wider audience.

No, it will be quite similar to DiRT. It uses the same engine as that game.

GRiD = DiRT without the dirt

That being said I will play this game regardless of the cars available.

Hope this doesn't sound too insensitive, but does the new direction in their racing titles have anything to do with the semi-recent death of Colin McRae?
