Could GTA IV Be Coming To Nintendo DS?

Well according to a French retailer, YES!.

Why is it he come to this conclusion..? Well over the last week a few images have appeared over the Internet that shows the release schedule of the French retailer and on that schedule you can clearly see that GTA:IV is stated to be released on the Nintendo DS.

Maybe this may be a hoax but as Rockstar have previously released a Gameboy edition, anything is possible.

Boston (dbTechno) - According to a French retailer, the highly-anticipated Rockstar game Grand Theft Auto IV may be coming to the Nintendo DS. GTA IV is already scheduled to release on the PS3 and Xbox 360 at the end of April.

There has been no confirmation other than a few pictures which have popped up on the internet.

The pictures show the release schedule of the French retailer.

On the release schedule, you can clearly see that it does say GTA IV as coming out on the Nintendo DS.

The release date according to the retailer is June 15, 2008.

We will have to wait for a response from Rockstar. With a past GTA Release on the Game Boy Advance, this is definitely possible.

Yea but it would probably only be 2 streets have one gun, 3 pedestrians, one car and its top down 2D view.

Even if it does come od for the Nintendo DS, its not likely to be any good, due the the restrictions of using a touch pad, and the capability of the DS itself.

I'd love to see a GTA game on the DS (the one on the GBA was excellent, albeit quite limited due to technology). However, I highly doubt this because the only confirmation we have is a French release schedule, and if the French knew that the single biggest game of our generation was coming to another platform other than the 360/PS3, wouldn't someone else know?

Honestly, I couldn't see this at all. It would suck, and be limited. If anything, they might bring it to the Wii because it could support way more than the DS.
