  Looks more kinda like a bag to keep your Lunch Fresh in.
  Although, it's very nice to have it if you walk with it outside and it's raining, and your coat isn't that strongly waterproof.

    Well, it would be useful for people that work outside, I work outside even, so when I'm bored on my job, I would find something like a PSP on hand useful sometimes, and if a sudden rain storm broke loose, then I don't have to worry it becoming wet.
    Too bad I don't own anything of an handheld console, so usually I'm always bored on my job.

  Why would you ever need to use this, besides playing your PSP in the bath? You'd look like a prick playing your PSP in a plastic bag as well.
