North America is March 31st for consoles and March 11th for the PSP.
And it also says that it is games releasing this week. The 11th and 31st of March were not in the same week last time I checked. Perhaps my calendar is faulty?

Also, the source is probably incorrect regarding PES 2008 then, if that's the case.
