Welcome to the definitive gaming shrine

mistermostyn | January 21, 2008 | News | PC Playstation 2 Misc
There's nothing wrong with being a geek. Nothing. And that's especially true if the way-of-the-geek sees you building a videogame shrine packed with collectable goodies worth more than half a million dollars, which is exactly what Barry Evans has done.
Heavily tattooed gaming enthusiast extraordinaire Barry Evans loves everything about videogames. In fact, Barry loves the videogame phenomenon so much that he’s spent most of his life gathering together a collection of gaming goodies so impressive that ‘enthusiast’ simply doesn’t do him justice.

"Over the years of collecting, I really missed my childhood arcade that I grew up in," explains Barry in an X-Play report, while proudly standing amid the vintage arcade cabinets, hundreds of functioning videogame consoles, and literally tens of thousands of gaming toys, posters, and related collectable memorabilia. "I’m in heaven."
