wohoo | January 19, 2008 | News | Company
Activision's market share in 2007 has risen to 17%, effectively making them the number one publisher in the United States. The company can thank games like Call of Duty D4 and Guitar Hero III for this success.
The games that in large part made this possible for the company are Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. According to the NPD Group, Call of Duty 4 and Guitar Hero III were the number one and three best-selling titles across all platforms.

Wow, it is a little surprising, I was thinking EA would be, but I can see why Activision is.

That's great for Activision. I'm not surprised that they are number 1 because of the great games they released and howw well they sold.

They are actaully right across the street from the art school I am applying to Maybe I can get a job there... or at least and internship XD
