The Assassin's Creed games producer Jade Raymond has been featured by one of
Somethingawful.com forums registered members in a pornographic comic.
Ubisoft has now contacted the webmaster of this site threatening to sue him if he does not comply with the orders that Ubisoft have sent. They are to remove the image before 16th November.
Ubisoft wants to sue him because it has the Assassin's Creed mark also in the comic that features Jade Raymond's nude pictures. So something in that comic is trademarked by Ubisoft and failure for the webmaster to remove the image from the site's database will result in further action.
The webmasters response is quoted below, make sure you have a read and doesn't look like he's taking this situation seriously.
The image has now been deleted in numerous places, so it's difficult to find, but you can PM me if you would like to see it.

Basically Ubisoft is threatening to sue me because somebody here posted an offsite link to a comic somebody else drew, and the comic featured a cartoon version of somebody sucking many dicks. I don't know where this image is located, I do not know who drew it, and the only vague connection to this site is because somebody posted a link to it on these forums. My reply to them, addressing their completely legitimate and wonderful lawsuit threat.

Wrong. Members HOSTED or LINKED TO the image. The artist is none other than the author of Chugworth Academy.
You can't stop the internet from doing that.
There is no nudity. The only explicitness is showing Raymond giving a blowjob to the stereotypical weak-ass gamer nerd. Raymond is in a bikini and you don't see any penises (but it's explicit in that it's on the brink of showing them...oh, and bukkake too).
The comic is satire and protected under parody. Ubisoft is stupid.
It was kinda funny, but I imagine in hurt Jade's feelings >_>
But it doesn't really warrant legal action >_>
Maybe this crosses the line though.
