  I'm with the mum on this, charge him as an adult. Murder is not something to kid around with, not in the way he went about it.   Wow. That kid has some serious mental issues. His parents banning him from watching TV is a little extreme though, IMO. He should really be charged as an adult - if somebody is crazy enough to want to kill their own parents, they deserve no sympathy.
