  Wow, I didn't see this coming! I still would have preferred someone from Fire Emblem though. Like any of the Pegasi riders. I wonder if heavy type characters are popular in Smash? Most high-level players usually go for the faster guys (i.e. Fox, Falco).

    Soul Calibur II came and went in regard to MS throwing in their franchise fav for a video game title. I doubt Nintendo would shell out cash to promote someone elses property that they stand no chance to cash in on.

  Yay for Nintendo adding more "lesser-known" characters into Brawl.
  Here's hoping his Jump attacks are as dangerous as they are in the Kirby games ( that bloody attack has killed me so many times back in the day >_> )

  I'm really excited to see King Dedede in it and now I think I know why they pushed the release date to February so far they added 2 new characters since then and it wasn't that long ago that they pushed it back.

    I doubt they delayed the game for a character. They just delayed it for more polishing.
    
    Nonetheless. Great to see Dedede in the Brawl. He's welcome to all the SSB fans.
    
    He seems like a pretty good character. I might use him in times.

  I like how so many Kirby characters are being added in this game. Melee really missed that... Still a nice update even though I don't really know who he is.
