No more NES support

Nintendo will now be dropping support to most of it's retro games that were on previous systems. Meaning games that were on Nintendo NES, SNES and 64 will now be dropped. Seems like Nintendo are now more focused on the present and the future rather than the past. So if you have any retro games, take extra care of them as they will be your last.
Sega dropped support for Dreamcast only last year, so you've got to hand to Nintendo's little fella, who's has a bloody good run to have kept going this long.

    I think everyone saw this coming with the introduction of the Virtual Console. Hopefully though, Nintendo will try to release almost every game they can on it.

    Oh no, looks like I'll have to find whom ever it was I sold my NES to at the garage sale 16 years ago. Really though, why is this news?

    I don't think I've ever even seen an NES in person/machine before. What do they mean by dropping it? I thought Nintendo didn't even care about it anymore.
