  Well, Halo 3 is rated M and M-rated games should only be for those 17 and older and that doesn't stop little kids for using regular mics for them. Don't see why there's special treatment for these.

  It makes sense. I play Halo 1 online, and its full of swearing and stuff. I don't see why people need to "dirty up" the conversation so much...

    It doesn't make sense at all. It's a mic. If you buy it, you're probably going to put more use into it than just Halo 3.

  Good but not foul proof. I mean Kids can just get there parents to buy it for them, but im glad there stepping up. I swear those little kids has foul mouths on them. And it really destroys your play time.

  I despise kids who whine online! I remember I particular 8 year old which kept whining about how everyone wasn't playing fair in a game of Battlefield 2. So me and some mates spent the rest of the match killing him over and over telling him we'd stop when he stopped complaining. We killed him 17 times before he swore at us and left the game

  Yup, I agree with this article. The headsets should definately be aged 17+. I once saw someone playing this game and it was full of swearing and stuff.

  If you don't like swearing or little kids, either mute them or don't play games like Rainbow Six Vegas, Gears of War, or Halo online. Simple.

    Oh so we shouldn't play our favorite games cause little whiners, and foul mouth kids are on them, um i don't think so. If kids were smart and nice instead of being foul mouth, and had respect for us we wouldn't need this type of age restrictions for headsets for halo. Muting them is also stupid, Halo multi player is fun.

  Those swear are mostly little kids. Good there trying to implement age restriction on the mic's but how do you stop someone from buying it for the kids? If kids can get alcohol and smokes this is not a problem at all.
