  I think it might have the potential to go either way but supposedly this is getting graphical updates.
  
  I'm just wondering if that means a few new textures or Viva Engine to dodge around legality issues with Nintendo.

    Nintendo said that it's Rare's choice for them to do whatever they want with Banjo be it being on the Virtual Console or the Live Arcade.

      It's not all vehicle customization. If you've checked out the 2 newest videos on IGN of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts it shows that it's not all vehicles.

    Rare is owned by Microsoft, so it appearing on the Virtual Console would be no more than a rumor, a fake one at that.

        No. Rare are allowed to do anything with the Banjo/Conker games they made. They can put it in the Virtual Console if they like but they most likely won't.

        Microsoft owns Rare, do you really think they'd let them give their competitors more money? Why do you think Nuts n' Bolts isn't going to be on the Wii and PS3? If they were free to do whatever they want with their games, then why wouldn't they want to reach out to different consoles, especially a console where they would have a lot of profit, the Wii.

    Amen, brother! As long as I get my Banjo, I couldn't care less about the console I can get it on. Could've sworn Nintendo published this, but I guess that isn't an issue. Anyway, I hope Conker's Bad Fur Day follows suit and hits XBLA soon.
