Fred Gray - 8-bit musical Maestro

gamingverdict | July 08, 2008 | News | Misc
Gaming Verdict catches up with Fred Gray - one of the 8-bit musical pioneers. Fred created such classis tunes as Shadowfire and Enigma Force on the Commodore 64.
Aurally, there was not a great deal to write home to tell your Mum about during the advent of the 8-bit home computer era. Games produced adequate burps and belches to accompany in-game action and that was about it.

An interest idea for an interview series - I personally would be interested to read more about the talent behind some of the original Epic Megagames titles, eg Jill of the Jungle.

On another note, why does your interview start with asking Fred Gray to tell readers of Eurogamer about himself???
