Rock Band 2 will feature a Wireless Drum Set

Guitar Hero World Tour won't be the only music game to feature wireless drums. A product listing on Amazon has revealed that Rock Band 2 will have its own wireless drum set. Rock Band 2 is coming out on September 14th.

Rock Band 2 isn't going to just take the introduction of a wireless drum set in Guitar Hero World Tour lying down. No, Harmonix has its own wireless drum set planned, according to a product listing on Amazon.com. With a tentative release date of September 14 and a price of $89.99, it may mean waiting for an upgrade that's free of ugly cables is just around the corner.

Good. But I'm sticking with my current drums until you can buy the instruments individually, after seeing what happened with the first game's "faulty" instruments.

i never had to spend 12$ on batteries every 3 days with my ps2.

  3 days? How many friggin controllers do you use for chrissakes? Just buy a 20 pack and you're set. Besides, I've only had to change my guitar batteries once since December.
