Ubisoft Trying to get Take Two?

Reports are suggesting that Ubisoft may be trying to merge with Take Two Interactive, the same company EA has been trying to buy for a while.

It is believed that a merger between Ubisoft and Take Two is more likely than EA buying out Take Two, because Take Two would still have creative freedom. Neither party has commented at this point.
US reports suggest that the French publisher may well be clearing a path to a merger with Take Two Interactive...

Since the long-running saga between Electronic Arts and Take Two Interactive looks set to continue for some time, there's the obvious danger of it becoming quite stale news. This is why today's article in Forbes could spice up the story in the coming weeks.

    Well I guess that would be good for the fans scared about EA destroying GTA. However Im not sure if T2 will even accept the offer if they denied EA.

    Damn, if Take Two and Ubisoft merged, they would seriously give EA a run for their money.
