Aksys Bringing Three Technos Beat-Em-Ups to the Virtual Console

"Aksys has confirmed to IGN that it is delivering three NES beat 'em ups to the Virtual Console soon. First up is the beloved River City Ransom, arriving next week. Double Dragon and Renegade will follow in each successive week.

River City Ransom features the same Kunio-Kun characters found in Renegade and Super Dodge Ball. All three games were developed by Technos in Japan.

Due to me being away for a week, there are Virtual Console updates that were not added to GameGrep. To rectify the situation, I bring you the first (and hopefully last) edition of Wii Virtual Console: Week in Review (name pending).

North America updated on Monday the 18th, with the new standard offering of two games. However, these two games aren't just mediocre low-tier stuff that you'd toss aside.
