"Sega has announced it will release Phantasy Star Portable for PSP, according to this week's Famitsu. Developed by Alfa System (the same folks behind Tales of the World for PSP and Tales of Innocence for DS), the game is essentially a PSP version of Phantasy Star Universe, including expansion pack Ambition of the Illuminus and new original stories, as well.
