When Patches Attack!

mclazyj | April 25, 2008 | Blog | PC XBOX 360
Aeropause writer Joe Haygood decided to write about the rash of bad patches on the consoles, and how he remembered the good old days of when patches for games only existed in the PC gaming arena.
Console gamers, especially in this generation are starting to get the feel for patches, and it is really starting to shock them at how painful the process can be at times. Looking at two recent examples, we have Bully from Rockstar and Burnout Paradise from Criterion. Both had to get patches due to a development error, and both came up causing more problems than they fixed.

Times change, people. Consoles too have to improve, y'know. If a patch brings about something good, I don't see why it should only be for PC games.
